Darlisa Navarro, Founder & CEO

Jazzy’s Sparkling Gems Early Learning Center

 

With over 25 years of experience serving children and families, I bring a deep passion and lifelong commitment to early childhood education and child welfare. My professional background includes roles as a Conservatorship Worker and Childcare Investigator with Child and Family Protective Services, where I advocated for children’s safety and investigated childcare environments to protect them from abuse and neglect.

 

These experiences have shaped my vision for Jazzy’s Sparkling Gems—a place where children receive not just care, but intentional guidance, love, and structure. I understand firsthand how critical it is for children—especially from birth to age ten—to have nurturing spaces that support their development, encourage secure attachments, and help them shine brightly in every way.

 

At Jazzy’s Sparkling Gems, we don’t just watch children—we invest in their futures. We create an environment that feels like a second home, where learning happens through play, exploration, and strong relationships with both peers and teachers.

 

My mission is simple: to provide safe, high-quality, and affordable care that empowers every child to thrive—and gives every parent peace of mind.
